Veterinary Medical Clinic

Our facilities continue to include the finest in acute/critical care support, including cardiac monitoring, defibrillation, blood pressure monitoring, respiratory support and blood analysis, and diagnostic imaging capabilities. In addition, when necessary, emergency surgery and toxicology support ( snake bites, poisonings ) is provided by the professional and technical staff. Isolation facilities are available to provide in-house treatment of infectious or immunocompromised patients. The Veterinary Medical Clinic is Alamogordo's oldest veterinary practice. It was established by Dr. Edmund E. Staley in 1958. The practice was founded on three basic principles: In 2000, Clinic relocated from its previous facility at 1909 Indian Wells Rd. to its current location at 1407 Indian Wells Rd. The facility has been further expanded with the addition of new inpatient and support facilities. The 1909 Indian Wells building was 1200 square feet. The practice currently occupies 3500 square feet.
