Website - The PetsCare.com website owned and operated by PetsCareCom.Inc, which the User may use to place an Order for services using a User Account according to these Terms.
You, User - Any natural person with full legal capacity (having attained 18 years of age) who has entered or intends to enter into an agreement for the use of the Services via the Website.
Pet Owner - A natural person indicated at the time of Order placement by the User for whom the Services are to be provided.
Order - A declaration of intent by the User via a User Account, constituting an offer to electronically contract with PetsCare to provide services under these Terms.
Contract - A completed Order as a specified agreement under these Terms.
User Account - A digital account service for an individual User on the Website.
Services - The Service or Services available and/or provided via a User Account on the Website, including pet health consultations, diagnostic tests, and tailored pet care products.

2. About These Terms and General Provisions

PetsCare’s services include online pet health consultations, pet care product customization, and access to veterinary health information.

These Terms apply to any Order you make for our Services. If there is any conflict between these Terms and any other terms found elsewhere on our Website, these Terms shall prevail.

These Terms shall be available free of charge on the Website in a form that is capable of being downloaded, recorded, saved, and printed. Please read these Terms carefully before you submit your order.

By using the Website and ordering Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

4. How the Contract is Formed Between You and Us

The User must accept these Terms and provide accurate information when placing an Order.
Payment must be received in full before processing an Order.
Once payment is confirmed, a contract is formed between the User and PetsCare.

5. Payment

Payments for Services must be made via the payment methods available on the Website.
The prices listed on the Website at the time of the Order apply.
No refunds will be given for services already provided.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Users may cancel an Order within 14 days unless the service has already been rendered.
Customized pet care products cannot be refunded once they have been produced and shipped.
Veterinary consultations cannot be refunded once completed.

7. Liability

The Services and products provided are for personal use only and not for commercial resale.
PetsCare is not liable for any indirect loss, including business loss, loss of revenue, or inconvenience.
Test results and recommendations provided through the Website should not replace in-person veterinary care.

8. User Account

Each User is allowed only one User Account.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
PetsCare may suspend or terminate a User Account for breach of these Terms.

9. Personal Data

PetsCare collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable laws and the Privacy Policy available on the Website.
Users consent to data processing by using the Website and ordering Services.

10. Amendments to These Terms

PetsCare reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time.
